OVERSEAS SHIPPING
All the jewellery is available for international shipping. Fee prices apply for international orders. Please contact us for any international shipping details.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED
Within 1-2 business days after payment has been received, your order will be shipped using Australia Parcel Post Service.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE
For shipping within Australia, it usually takes between 3-5 business days to after payment is received and order has been sent out. This can differ depending on where you live.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS
In the unlike event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Claims or return will only be accepted where there is a fault in the manufacturing process (please note) most of our products are handcrafted and quality control is strictly in place, however at times small imperfections may occur due to the nature of the product. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a return or replacement on stock will be issued.
